Noticed your shows are missing from your Hiro dashboard? No worries, we’ve got a quick fix:
- Start by giving your browser a quick refresh. You can do this by pressing the CTRL key and the Refresh button at the same time.
- If your shows are still not there, try logging out, then hit refresh, and log back in. Don’t forget to refresh one more time after you log back in. Sometimes, a little log-out-log-in dance can do the trick!
- Still no luck? Open up an incognito browser window and try accessing Hiro from there.
You might be wondering why this is happening. Well, sometimes when we update the Hiro app, your browser holds onto old information like a dog with a bone. This is called caching. Clearing your cache usually helps to resolve the issue.
