How to resend an access link to a listener

Often listeners change devices, want to use a different player or simply need to add your show to a player again. Here’s how you can send them the access link again:

1. log into your Hiro account
2. Select the show the listener has access to
3. Find the listener in in the “Listener” list
4. Go to the end of the row of that listener and click on the 3 dots
5. Select “Resend email”
6. The listener will receive the access link to install again
