Sometimes you want to give access to a group of customers at once by uploading a CSV file of their details. This is pretty easy to do in Hiro.
- Download the import CSV template
- Update the CSV template with your listener details (only email address is required)
- Log into Hiro (https://app.hiro.fm)
- Click ‘Contacts’ and ‘Bulk Upload’
- Select the show(s) you want to give them access to
- Upload the CSV file
Your listeners will instantly get an access email as soon as they are added to your Hiro database
At least one episode must be live before you listeners can access your show
