Your Hiro plan comes with a set number of downloads, except for Business which is unlimited. This is how downloads are counted each month:
- When the listener accesses a new episode or set of episodes, this is a “download”.
- Essentially, the listener is connecting to the server and data is downloaded to their player app
- Each time the listener accesses a new episode or set of episodes, that counts towards a download
If you exceed your monthly downloads, don’t worry! We gift you free downloads so your service isn’t interrupted and you have time to upgrade your plan.
