How to add a Telnyx number:
- Purchase a number on Telnyx
- Log into your Hiro account (https://app.hiro.fm)
- Click on “Creator Settings” (bottom left menu)
- Click on “Phone” tab (upper menu)
- Copy the “API Key” in the Telnyx dashboard
- Paste the “API Key” into the Hiro settings
- Copy the “Public Key” in the Telnyx dashboard
- Paste the “Public Key” in the Hiro settings
- Hit ‘Connect’
- Select the number you want to use with Hiro
- And that’s it!

Enter your login credentials and click the “Sign In” button.
Select Creator Settings.
Select Phone.
Connect your Telnyx number by copying the API Keys from the Telnyx dashboard and pasting them in the fields shown below.
Click Connect.

What is 10DLC Verification?
A2P (Application to Person) 10DLC (10 digit long code) is the standard that United States telecom carriers have put in place to ensure that SMS traffic to US end-users through long code phone numbers is verified and consensual.
How do I complete the Verification Process?
Follow the steps in this Telnyx article to verify your number.
If you are in the USA, you only need Level One verification.
If you are outside of the USA, you will need Level Two verification.
For toll free messaging you will need to request for level 2 verification.
