As THE developer at Hiro.fm, you’ll play a major role in reshaping how coaches, authors, and entrepreneurs build and grow their online businesses through audio. We’re not another SaaS with endless features; we built the simplest, most human way for creators to grow and profit.

We’re not trying to compete with the big, complicated “all-in-one” platforms. We’re creating something simpler, faster, and far more personal. Built for real creators who want results without the tech overwhelm.

We’ve already built the foundation: a strong codebase, loyal customers, and stable revenue. Now we’re looking for someone who can take ownership of our product, keep it running smoothly, fix what needs fixing, and help us keep improving.

You’ll collaborate directly with me (Carla) to learn the ropes, identify opportunities, and make key product decisions. You’ll have creative freedom to propose better ways of doing things and the autonomy to execute them.

Our current developer team has done an incredible job getting us here, but we’re ready for someone who is solid on both the front and back end. Someone who can see the big picture and make smart choices that keep Hiro fast, stable, and scalable.
